Role Description
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of imaging sales, marketing, and business development, with a primary focus on the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area.
- Conduct market research to determine how to successfully penetrate the newly created independent region for imaging.
- Create and develop sales, marketing, and business development strategies from scratch.
- Perform competitive analysis, develop talking points, and responses to FAQs for overall market positioning for imaging.
- Cultivate, convert, and drive referral volume from physicians in the region through various market approaches.
- Determine growth opportunities for CC Imaging services and locations across the Region.
- Identify and develop new imaging opportunities for products and services to drive revenue.
- Drive strategic relationships with local health system executives and determine appropriate professional associations to join.
- Design and implement cross-functional standard operating procedures for sales, operations, IT, and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Healthcare Administration or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales, and business development tactics and strategies
- Proficient in English language required
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in sales and marketing in healthcare or services organization
Requirements
- Working in both a large-enterprise services organization and in a "start-up" or "product-launch" company/environment (preferred)
- Previous experience calling on physicians' offices in this geography (preferred)
- Previous Pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
- Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing.
