Job Description

• Act as the initial contact for customer and dealer inquiries • Prepare quotes, pricing, and configuration support • Conduct product demonstrations (virtual and onsite) • Support dealers through the sales cycle and follow-up • Qualify leads and coordinate next steps internally • Provide product information, sales tools, and competitive talking points • Maintain CRM activity and pipeline visibility • Travel occasionally for demos, dealer support, and events (up to 30%)

Job Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, quoting, customer engagement, or similar roles
  • Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Ability to explain equipment features clearly after training
  • Organized and comfortable owning customer relationships
  • Dealer or channel experience is a plus, not required
  • Mechanical, industrial, fire/emergency, or technical interest helpful
  • No Federal market experience required — training provided.
