Role Description
The Estates Manager will provide centralised oversight, structured planning, and proactive risk management across the estate portfolio.
- Conduct estate condition assessments and dilapidation reports across all sites.
- Develop and maintain site risk matrices covering infrastructure, compliance, and operational risks.
- Produce 5 - 7 year infrastructure investment plans aligned with operational strategy.
- Undertake facility lifecycle planning for critical building systems and assets.
- Oversee building maintenance programmes, ensuring preventative maintenance and statutory compliance.
- Provide estate condition reporting and risk visibility to senior leadership.
- Support proactive estate management to protect operational continuity and asset value.
Qualifications
- Managing large estates or industrial sites
- Facilities or property management
- Experience in food production environments
- Overseeing maintenance, utilities or infrastructure
- Managing budgets, contractors and suppliers

Hold a degree in one of the following areas:
- Business Management
- Estate/Property management
- Facilities Management
- Engineering Management
- NEBOSH
- Level 3 food safety
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
