  • Establish clear expectations, elevate performance standards, and actively coach associates to close skill gaps, strengthen capabilities, and grow into expanded leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven leader with a strong track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams, including performance management and coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically prioritize and balance run, change, and transformation initiatives to deliver business value.
  • Skilled at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse stakeholders and leadership levels.
  • Experienced in vendor and contract management, with strong oversight of financial and delivery considerations.

Delivery & Execution Experience

  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale modernization or platform migration efforts.
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills.
  • Pragmatic application of agile principles in complex, non-greenfield environments.
  • Focus on operational excellence while delivering change.

Domain & Technical Understanding

  • Familiarity and experience of enterprise customer communications in the financial services and their regulatory sensitivity.
  • Familiarity and experience with document composition, print, and electronic delivery ecosystems.
  • Technical experience across the modern technology stack, including Java, MuleSoft, and modern technical stack with a strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, API development, system integrations, and cloud-native design.
  • Proficient in building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, leveraging microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and integration platforms to enable seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and digital services.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business and technology strategy.
  • Experience or familiarity with Documerge, xPression, and Quadient is preferred to direct strategic decision framework.
  • Ability to evaluate platform overlap, technical debt, and long-term viability.
  • Experience planning and executing phased cutovers and coexistence strategies.
