Role Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale high-impact webinar and partner marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Creative. The position requires a balance of storytelling, technical execution, and relationship management, ensuring campaigns are engaging, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. You will design programs that educate the market, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate the customer journey, making this a visible, high-impact role within the organization.
- Define and implement a comprehensive webinar and partner marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and pipeline influence.
- Build and manage a high-impact webinar calendar featuring internal experts, customers, creators, and industry leaders.
- Design and execute co-marketing initiatives with software partners, agencies, and creators to expand reach and generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee end-to-end webinar production including promotion, hosting, engagement, follow-up, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign assets, landing pages, messaging, and multi-channel promotion.
- Apply data-driven insights and testing to optimize engagement, conversion, and overall program performance.
- Mentor and guide peers and partners on webinar and co-marketing best practices while fostering collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in webinar production and partner co-marketing.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end webinar and co-marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, demand generation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, data reporting, and performance optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, results-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with high standards for creative quality and user experience.
