Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner to senior security and engineering leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. You will partner with leadership to shape workforce strategy, design scalable people programs, and influence critical business decisions. The role combines operational excellence with consultative leadership, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and career growth. You will analyze organizational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead change initiatives that enhance team effectiveness. Acting as a trusted advisor across all levels, you will play a pivotal role in building, retaining, and developing high-performing teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-impact environments and wants to leave a lasting imprint on company culture and operations.

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders across the security and engineering organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, including performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, career development, and manager coaching.
  • Analyze organizational health and workforce data to deliver insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions that support business outcomes.
  • Lead the design, execution, and project management of critical people programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and implement scalable policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and engagement.
  • Promote and embed best practices in people operations while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
  • Prior experience supporting technical or security-focused teams preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with a curiosity to understand business operations and workforce dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, facilitation, and listening skills to build trust at all levels.
  • Demonstrated creativity, resilience, and problem-solving skills in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Bias for action with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
  • Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
