Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Benefits Program Manager - REMOTE. In this key role, you will have a substantial impact on the management and improvement of Benefits programs, specifically in Leave of Absence (LOA) and disability management. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class employee experience centered around well-being and compliance. This role demands a strong analytical background, innovative thinking, and a commitment to continuously improving processes and support systems. Your work will empower employees across multiple locations and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

  • Lead LOA vendor implementations and day-to-day vendor management.
  • Partner with Tech to configure and maintain HR information systems.
  • Develop and track key metrics related to leave incidence and trends.
  • Create and implement dashboards for self-service resources.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior leadership, identifying patterns.
  • Translate complex leave rules into system logic.
  • Manage compliance and policy governance for global LOA programs.
  • Educate stakeholders on program resources and responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively to develop scalable policy updates.
  • Lead change management initiatives for LOA programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation laws.
  • Experience with implementing LOA and disability vendors is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data tools.
  • Proficiency with leave-tracking HRIS systems like Workday preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes in dynamic environments.
  • Independent work at a senior level and influence without authority.
  • Exceptional judgement and discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Experience managing LOA with external third-party administrators.
