Role Description
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy designed to attract a younger patient demographic while reinforcing the practice’s authority and clinical credibility. The Social Media Manager will work closely with leadership to understand the practice’s philosophy, patient experience, and clinical offerings, translating them into professional, engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Develop and implement a structured social media strategy aligned with practice growth objectives
- Lead video-based content creation, including directing filming within the practice
- Edit and prepare video content for distribution across platforms
- Manage publishing schedules and oversee day-to-day platform management
- Establish clear content themes, including:
- The patient experience and concierge model
- Educational insights into surgical and regenerative treatments
- Practical health and wellness discussions
- Professional product evaluations relevant to foot and ankle care
- Support local patient acquisition and broader second-opinion visibility
Qualifications
- Confidence and professionalism when collaborating with a physician-led leadership team
- The ability to independently manage projects and provide informed recommendations
- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
- An understanding of how to communicate medical information clearly and responsibly
- A commitment to maintaining a professional tone, avoiding sensational or trend-driven healthcare content

- A clearly defined and consistent brand presence
- High-quality, professional video content published regularly
- Growth in engagement and patient inquiries
- Alignment between digital messaging and the in-office patient experience
Salary
$1,800 - $2,200 a month
Work Environment
US-based medical office | CST Hours | Full Time (40 hours per week)
