Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Social Media Growth Manager who owns the full lifecycle of social media performance from daily content execution to campaign strategy to measurable business impact.
- This role blends creative production, influencer management, community engagement, performance analytics, budget ownership, and occasional on-site activation oversight.
- You will not manage people, but you will manage outcomes, capital, and campaign direction.
- This is an operator role. You will both build and scale.
- This position requires the ability to travel as needed for activations, experiential campaigns, production coordination, and key marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Four to seven years of experience in social media, campaign marketing, or growth-focused roles
- Comfortable appearing on camera in social media content
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing budgets
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns
- Strong content production proficiency including Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, not just boosting posts
- Fluency in analytics dashboards and performance reporting
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
- Ability to operate independently and make data-informed decisions
- Willingness and ability to travel for marketing activations and campaign execution as needed
Requirements
- Design, produce, and post high-quality visuals and videos, including graphics, reels, carousels, memes, and short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Develop and manage structured content calendars across multiple brands
- Write on-brand captions and platform-optimized copy
- Schedule and publish content using native and third-party tools
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions
- Monitor brand sentiment and protect brand positioning
- Repurpose content strategically to maximize reach and performance
- Stay ahead of platform trends, storytelling formats, and algorithm shifts
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools where appropriate to accelerate testing and iteration
- Develop integrated social campaigns aligned with brand and revenue objectives
- Run organic and paid initiatives across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Identify and execute high-leverage marketing moments, including events, experiential activations, partnerships, and out-of-home opportunities, when strategically justified
- Travel to oversee on-site activations, experiential events, content shoots, or partnerships when required
- Coordinate light production elements, including casting, vendors, and creative asset development
- Conduct structured A/B testing, including hooks, messaging angles, formats, and calls to action
- Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies quickly
- Manage a meaningful social media budget and be accountable for its performance
- Allocate budget across influencer, paid, and experiential initiatives
- Monitor spend efficiency and reallocate based on performance data
- Define and track KPIs tied to business outcomes
- Analyze CTR, CPM, CAC, conversion rate, engagement quality, audience growth, and retention indicators
- Connect spend decisions directly to measurable results
- Benchmark against competitors and identify scalable growth opportunities
- Produce weekly tactical summaries and monthly strategic performance reports for leadership
- Source, evaluate, and onboard influencers and brand ambassadors
- Negotiate contracts and deliverables within budget parameters
- Track deadlines, agreements, payments, and performance metrics
- Evaluate influencer ROI using trackable links, UTMs, and performance benchmarks
- Foster long-term influencer relationships that align with brand positioning
- Partner with creative, marketing, and executive leadership to maintain cohesive strategy and messaging
- Provide clear creative direction when needed
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce best-in-class content
