Role Description
This role provides a high-impact opportunity to architect and implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions that enable clients to leverage their data for business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including data engineers, analysts, and digital marketers—to design scalable, secure, and governed CDP implementations.
- Architect and implement scalable CDP solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on data governance, security, and activation.
- Assess and audit existing marketing technology stacks and data pipelines to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design documentation.
- Lead technical delivery and provide guidance to data engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure integration of data protection measures and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including data scientists, marketers, and consultants—to drive CDP adoption and value realization.
- Promote information security awareness and enforce best practices for data management throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years architecting and building data pipelines; at least 3 years in an agency or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP (schema creation, identity resolution, data ingestion, destination activation); familiarity with Adobe Tags/WebSDK; strong API knowledge; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); exposure to data warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery); knowledge of marketing automation and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong consulting and client-facing abilities; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders.
