Role Description
This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead client strategy and account management for a portfolio of key clients within a dynamic, growth-driven environment. You will act as the strategic and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving business growth while ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Partner with senior clients to develop annual strategies, monitor business goals, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead recurring meetings with client leadership, driving conversations around industry trends, new initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, acting as a point of escalation to resolve issues efficiently.
- Drive new business opportunities, pitches, and proposals in collaboration with leadership and growth teams.
- Oversee client revenue and profitability, monitor budgets, manage out-of-pocket funds, and track scope management.
- Author SOWs, amendments, and support contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with commercial agreements.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance client outcomes and organic revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams, ensuring high performance, employee retention, and professional development.
- Collaborate with creative, media, technology, and data teams to deliver strategies and solutions that elevate client businesses.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in agency or client-facing roles, managing large accounts and multi-service retainers.
- Proven ability to manage complex campaigns, including organic and paid social, content production, and budgets.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ people, with strong delegation and coordination skills across multiple projects.
- Advanced client relationship management, including experience working directly with directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategic insights from complex data.
- Expertise in campaign planning, scope management, financial monitoring, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in social-first campaigns and automotive client portfolios is preferred.
