Role Description
This role exists on the Marmot Enabled Analytics (MEA) team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics Consulting Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company seeking to demonstrate the value of Marmot (Komodo’s AI-enabled analytic platform).
Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have:
- Successfully delivered complex analytics projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.
- Built strong, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implemented process improvements that enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the MEA team.
- Developed the skills and capabilities of team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.
- Contributed to the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare analytics, both internally and externally, through presentations, publications, and industry events.
- Deepened your domain expertise across multiple key areas of interest to our clients, including but not limited to areas such as market landscaping, patient journey, line-of-therapy based analytics, segmentation & targeting, and analytical support for Custom Data Deliveries, “Digital” Audience Quality and other “advanced” analytics.
You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects (~20-30 per year), from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
- In addition, manage the end-to-end delivery of year-long, on-going, Custom deliverables (3-5 per year).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
