Role Description

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join our team in a fully remote Customer Service – Travel Reservations role. This position supports clients with coordinating travel arrangements, confirming reservations, and ensuring accurate itinerary details. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. Structured training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a remote environment.

  • Assist clients with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Respond to travel-related questions and provide reservation updates
  • Review booking details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation
