Role Description

This role involves being a polished, consultative sales professional who thrives in complex sales cycles and enjoys winning over thoughtful, demanding buyers.

You must be able to:

  • Communicate confidently with nurses, counselors, administrators, and school leaders
  • Adapt your approach to different stakeholder priorities
  • Guide complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions with a consultative style

You are a pro at:

  • Managing full-cycle sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Delivering polished product presentations and discovery conversations
  • Navigating thoughtful buyers who ask detailed questions before making decisions

Your success will look like:

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding a $400K annual quota
  • Building pipeline and closing complex deals across independent and public schools
  • Winning multi-year agreements and expanding the company’s presence in new school districts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle Account Executive experience
  • Proven track record of closing deals in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Demonstrated career stability with multi-year tenure at previous companies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to articulate sales wins with clear metrics and outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience selling EdTech solutions (nice-to-have)
  • Experience selling into public schools, districts, or education systems (nice-to-have)
  • Experience managing multiple product lines within a single sales cycle (nice-to-have)
