You must be able to:
- Communicate confidently with nurses, counselors, administrators, and school leaders
- Adapt your approach to different stakeholder priorities
- Guide complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions with a consultative style
You are a pro at:
- Managing full-cycle sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Delivering polished product presentations and discovery conversations
- Navigating thoughtful buyers who ask detailed questions before making decisions
Your success will look like:
- Consistently achieving and exceeding a $400K annual quota
- Building pipeline and closing complex deals across independent and public schools
- Winning multi-year agreements and expanding the company’s presence in new school districts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle Account Executive experience
- Proven track record of closing deals in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrated career stability with multi-year tenure at previous companies
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to articulate sales wins with clear metrics and outcomes
Requirements
- Experience selling EdTech solutions (nice-to-have)
- Experience selling into public schools, districts, or education systems (nice-to-have)
- Experience managing multiple product lines within a single sales cycle (nice-to-have)
