Role Description

This role involves supporting a leading AI research lab working on improving advanced AI systems that process and generate audio data.

• Record high-quality Korean voice samples following provided scripts and instructions
• Maintain a clear, natural, and consistent speaking style with neutral to upbeat tone
• Ensure recordings accurately reflect transcripts while maintaining natural pacing
• Follow punctuation, formatting, and delivery instructions precisely
• Review and edit recordings to meet project quality standards
• Support AI model training by producing structured and reliable voice datasets

Qualifications

• Native Korean speakers who were born and raised in South Korea
• Professional or semi-professional experience in voice acting, broadcasting, podcasting, streaming, or audio production
• Ability to speak clearly with strong enunciation and consistent pacing
• Strong attention to detail when reading scripts and following recording guidelines
• Comfort working independently and meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean
• Professional working proficiency in English for communication with the project team

Nice to Have

• Professional voice acting or narration experience
• Background in media production, music, radio, or content creation
• Familiarity with audio editing and post-production workflows
• Experience working with recording software or studio equipment

Contract Details

• Independent contractor role
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Short-term project lasting approximately 1–2 weeks
• Commitment of approximately 2–10 hours per week
• Rate: up to $200 per finished hour of submitted audio
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Projects may extend or adjust depending on scope and performance
• No access to confidential or proprietary information from employers or institutions
