Role Description
This role supports a leading AI research lab by helping design and evaluate complex STEM reasoning tasks used to train advanced AI models.
- Design and develop STEM reasoning prompts in Simplified Chinese and English
- Create complex scientific questions with structured constraints and clear instructions
- Establish evaluation standards and detailed grading rubrics for STEM responses
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality
- Compare Simplified Chinese and English responses where needed
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance for Chinese-language AI evaluation tasks
Qualifications
- Native-level written fluency in Simplified Chinese
- Strong English reading and writing proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related STEM fields
- Familiarity with undergraduate-level STEM concepts
- Strong analytical writing and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or applied STEM disciplines
