Role Description

This role involves contributing expertise to a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving medical reasoning, clinical knowledge application, and healthcare-related analysis in advanced AI models.

  • Author health and medicine prompts covering clinical reasoning, diagnosis differentials, treatment planning, pharmacology, and patient education
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and clarity
  • Produce high-quality human-authored gold responses for complex or ambiguous medical scenarios
  • Develop prompt variations exploring differences in patient demographics, comorbidities, care settings, or clinical guidelines
  • Evaluate outputs across different tones including clinical, educational, and advisory formats
  • Identify model failure cases involving unsafe medical recommendations, incorrect dosing logic, or flawed clinical reasoning

Qualifications

  • Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a closely related healthcare discipline
  • 2+ years of professional experience in clinical practice, healthcare delivery, or medical research
  • Active familiarity with healthcare systems and clinical practice in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi
  • Strong understanding of clinical guidelines, standards of care, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to clearly explain medical concepts and patient care considerations
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills in the target language
  • Strong attention to safety and professional medical standards

Requirements

  • Experience working in hospitals, clinics, healthcare research institutions, or public health organisations
  • Familiarity with patient education materials or clinical documentation
  • Experience contributing to medical training or healthcare communication initiatives
