Role Description
This role involves contributing to an AI research initiative focused on improving musical analysis, theory application, and culturally grounded interpretation in advanced language models.
- Writing prompts related to music theory, composition, and genre analysis
- Reviewing and improving AI-generated responses related to musical structure, harmony, rhythm, and performance techniques
- Creating expert responses for complex musical analysis and interpretation tasks
- Designing prompts that test AI understanding of instrumentation, genre traditions, and musical history
- Identifying incorrect AI outputs related to music theory, genre classification, or stylistic interpretation
Qualifications
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, Hindi
- Familiarity with musical traditions and contemporary music culture within their regional context
Requirements
- Experience in music performance or composition
- Experience in music production or audio engineering
- Experience in music theory or music education
- Experience in music journalism or criticism
- Strong understanding of music theory concepts
- Familiarity with genre traditions and musical history
