Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale products with demonstrated ownership of long-term product strategy, and additionally, execution
- 3+ years' expertise in healthcare technology, including Revenue Cycle Management and familiarity with leading EMR systems; experience with healthcare analytics is beneficial
- Strategic, with the ability to define success metrics and additionally, data-informed decisions
- Experience influencing senior team members and aligning teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Client Support,) toward shared outcomes
- Advanced experience working in Agile product development environments
- 3+ years' experience producing high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects simultaneously in a, remote environment
- 1+ years of experience mentoring product managers is beneficial
- Familiarity with modern product and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
