Job Description

• Responsible for enhancing Ventra Health’s compliance program • Provide oversight and support of compliance policies, procedures, training programs, and controls • Draft, update, implement, manage, maintain, and enforce compliance plan and policies • Prepare compliance training materials and ensure completion of trainings • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of auditing and monitoring program • Drive culture of compliance throughout the company • Oversee the day-to-day management of compliance hotline and incident tracking system • Lead, manage, and/or participate in investigations for compliance incidents • Conduct research on laws and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ management experience in healthcare compliance
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in revenue cycle management, coding, or other healthcare operations
  • Experience in Radiology, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine and/or Hospital Medicine is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience with HIPAA, OIG compliance, U.S. healthcare fraud and abuse laws, and other country/local-specific compliance laws, regulations and requirements
