Leader Bank is seeking highly qualified individual who has an existing client base of business banking clients and enjoys acquiring and providing a full complement of services to well qualified clients.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for developing client relationships, including generation of deposits.
- The individual will acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve financial objectives.
- The successful candidate must also be highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners.
- Educate and present prospects, clients and partners on the benefits offered.
- Provide concierge service experience to clients, including but not limited to; responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance and develop banking solutions.
- Meet with clients and business partners in-person, virtually and through other networking opportunities, groups, events, etc. to build relationships and grow business.
- Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources.
- Must work well individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities to help promote the brand.
Skills
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of bank policies and processes and provide quick and accurate responses to client and partner inquiries.
- Must maintain a high level of understanding of products and services provided by the Bank.
- Must be fluent in banking with experience working with business banking clients.
- Sells and refers bank products and services within the guidelines established by the Bank.
- Skilled in reaching out to prospects and partners to grow business.
- Must maintain pipeline and actively manage prospect and client lists.
- Conducts business in a professional manner.
- Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all personnel.
- Participates in community projects and organizations as requested. Demonstrates a willingness to accept added duties and responsibilities.
- Understands and adheres to security and compliance policies and procedures.
- Complies with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act responsibilities include accurately completing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), adhering to the Customer Identification Program (CIP) Policy, reporting suspicious activity to your manager, and performing Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) checks.
Requirements Include
- Bachelor's degree, CFP, CTFA a plus.
- Minimum 10 years business banking experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think outside the box.
- Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business as well as retain and effectively manage clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
- General computer knowledge a must with prior banking applications experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail.
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
Salary Minimum: $105,600 - Salary Max: $158,400
The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank's total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Leader Bank provides a variety of benefits to eligible team members, including health insurance coverage, a team member wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off and vacation.
