Role Description
As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will support US-based doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in their clinical practice. You will also provide various frontline patient services and/or back-office tasks while providing administrative support to the client’s operations when needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Nursing or other Allied Health course (Registered or Underboard)
- Background in healthcare accounts or hospital/clinical settings is an advantage, but not required
- Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken)
- Willing and able to work fixed night shifts
Requirements
- Stellar English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a strong advantage
- You’re proactive and confident in addressing issues, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Quick on your feet and love learning new things
