Job Description

• Own marketplace relationships and performance with Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair. • Identify opportunities to scale the business together through promotions, advertising, and content optimization. • Leads the relationship development strategy with channels for success. • Define metrics for success and collaborate with Channel Operations team to ensure backend operations are optimal.

Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations with both internal and external partners.
Strategic and creative thinker, skilled at identifying and defining new business opportunities.
Strong focus on operational efficiency and excellence; adept at following and improving existing processes.
Forward-thinking approach to channel management with a clear vision for future trends.
Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and accountability.
Deep understanding of retail pricing strategies and their impact on business performance.
Highly proficient in building both financial models and workflow/process models.
Prior experience in the e-commerce industry, with a solid understanding of its unique challenges.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within large, complex organizations.
