Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support our growing accessories business, with support from Senior Brand Manager, to deliver overall business results including P&L targets (growth and profit), market share growth, and brand health measures. 
  • Support supplier and sales relations for accessories program
  • Lead accessory product innovation and go-to-market strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, PMO, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Consumer Insights) to deliver business results.
  • Support integrated marketing plan development, and partner with internal and external creative teams to develop launch materials, including cohesive brand communications which drive consumer choice in in-store POP, website PDPs, etc. 
  • Own data analysis to uncover insights and make recommendations related to promotions, products, pricing, and other key initiatives that will drive business results. 
  • Manage monthly adhoc and performance reporting, analysis, and interpretation of brand performance to make recommendation on brand activities

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Experience and fluency in data analysis to deliver recommendations that support business objectives and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- Able to skillfully navigate organizational matrix to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Superb verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills - Adept at handling tight deadlines, time pressure, and multiple demands.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc

Experience/Education

2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, strategy, data analytics, or similar roles.

Job Factors/Work Environments

  • Must be able to work remotely if needed (high speed internet, distraction free location)
  • Work is primarily sedentary
