Role Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and governance of global supply chain frameworks that drive successful product launches and lifecycle variations. You will act as the central connector across multiple functions, ensuring consistent adoption of standards, operational readiness, and alignment with strategic priorities. The position provides end-to-end oversight from late-stage clinical readiness through commercial execution, enabling portfolio growth and global expansion. You will influence cross-functional teams, facilitate decision-making forums, and provide guidance to regional execution teams. This role allows for strategic impact while working in a fully remote environment, shaping processes that directly affect patient access and business performance.
- Own and evolve the global Launches & Variations Framework, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, workflows, and decision-making structures
- Define and maintain global standards, templates, readiness models, and governance mechanisms
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines to assess framework effectiveness
- Shape the end-to-end operating model for launches and variations from Phase 3 readiness through commercial lifecycle management
- Act as a strategic bridge across Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and regional teams to ensure alignment
- Enable regional teams through playbooks, tools, and process guidance, resolving escalations and supporting global timelines
- Communicate framework updates, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and governance bodies
- Champion frameworks through transformation initiatives, digital enablement efforts, and capability-building programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in biopharma supply chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, or related areas
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product launches, lifecycle variations, or commercialization projects
- Strong understanding of global commercialization processes, regulatory variation pathways, and operational readiness
- Proven ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience designing or governing enterprise-level frameworks or operating models
- Exposure to global expansions, market entries, or complex product introductions
- Continuous improvement or Lean/Six Sigma experience; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
