You will manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from invoice generation to payment reconciliation, while collaborating across internal teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows. - Manage client invoicing, including setup for new accounts, monthly billing cycles, and renewals.
- Research and resolve client invoice inquiries and vendor payment discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams for accurate solutions.
- Maintain client relationships through clear communication and accurate record-keeping in secure systems.
- Generate adjustment and credit memos, assist with month-end close processes, and document financial workflows.
- Partner with third-party payment processors and internal teams to optimize financial operations and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and support ad hoc projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial management.
- Experience in TPA, banking, or health insurance industry preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial/TPA systems (e.g., Netsuite, Qiclink, Javelina) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction.
