Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare projects.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale technology implementations.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and EHR systems
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5
- Experience with federal health programs is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with Native communities.
- Preferred Certifications PROSCI or equivalent certification in Change Management. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Training and Development certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
