Role Description

The key responsibilities and description of duties described below are not intended to be all inclusive:

  • Manage technology buildout to drive automation and efficiencies in the Lien Release and Assignment division.
  • Manage the profit and loss of Lien Release and Assignment division (LR&A).
  • Set up and manage a team who will do the following:
    • Assist with the administrative work of LR&A, including collating Lien Releases and assignments with appropriate checks and coversheets and preparing the mail to submit to clerk’s offices.
    • Data Entry and create releases and assignments by understanding mortgage documents.
    • Complete all assigned reports as required in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Communicate to the division Managers and Team leads any trends and/or problems as they pertain to the department.
    • Actively participate in the maintenance of division policies and procedures.
    • Ensure proper importation of data and source documents into company system.
    • Oversee operational team processes, results and client relationships.
    • Manage day-to-day processes, SLA’s and issue management.
    • Ensure any changes to LR&A templates are implemented.
    • Manage the development of technology necessary for the LR&A division.
    • Act as a leader within the company.
    • All other duties assigned.
