This role involves building and leading a best-in-class compliance framework for Novig's sports prediction market.
- Excited to build and lead a compliance framework with institutional-grade regulatory rigor.
- Motivated to apply expertise in CFTC DCM Core Principles to enhance a scalable compliance program.
- Prepared to serve as the primary internal owner of the compliance framework.
- Experienced in managing regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries.
- Energized by partnering cross-functionally with various departments to embed regulatory requirements.
- Interested in supporting regulatory initiatives and future expansion.
- Confident in representing the organization externally with regulators and industry participants.
- Thrive in a hands-on leadership role with a focus on execution and collaboration.

- Deep expertise in CFTC DCM Core Principles.
- Experience in managing regulatory examinations and audits.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to represent the organization externally.
