Role Description

This role involves working directly with Pact Graphite and Voltek Water, part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be capable of structuring the path from concept to launch and inspiring others to follow.

  • Ensure all development activities are clearly documented, with an understanding of successes and failures.
  • Maintain visibility into project progress, risks, and operational challenges.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing project delivery with technical challenges.
  • Document workflows, refine requirements, and support operational needs.
  • Be agile and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years experience managing projects.
  • Relevant professional certifications (PMP or PMI-ACP) preferred.
  • Proficient in the MS suite: Word, PPT, and Excel.

  • Experience with project management software, leading a team, managing change, and keeping a team focused to drive technical achievements.
  • Self-motivated, self-starting, results-driven.
  • Proven successful project management, meeting the committed schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Demonstrated risk management process including mitigation plans and established triggers.
  • Capable of collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding technical challenges, and implementing innovative ideas.
  • Perform full analysis of internal product functionality and market value, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership on project health and progress.
