Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving strategic business growth within the region.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive regional market expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services
- Present and promote products and services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Proven track record in building client relationships and expanding business portfolios
- Knowledge of the San Antonio market
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
