Role Description

The Pricebook Personnel is responsible for managing and maintaining the pricebook, ensuring that all product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the seamless operation of pricing strategies and inventory management.

  • Pricebook Maintenance:
    • Enter and update product information, pricing, and promotional details in the pricebook system.
    • Ensure all data entries are accurate and reflect current supplier and vendor pricing.
  • Data Management:
    • Regularly audit the pricebook for discrepancies and inconsistencies.
    • Maintain a log of price changes and promotional activities.
  • Supplier and Vendor Coordination:
    • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain up-to-date product information and pricing.
    • Resolve any pricing discrepancies with suppliers and vendors.
  • Customer Service:
    • Address pricing inquiries from internal teams and provide accurate information promptly.
    • Support the sales team with pricing information and promotional details.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all pricing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of all price changes and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in PDI Pricebook.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in PDI Pricebook.
  • This position is 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.
