Role Description
Seen TV is looking for a Head of Sales to drive new revenue streams that support our journalism.
- Help everyday, unseen people tell their stories and go viral using their phones.
- Sell high-impact, low-cost video storytelling powered by Remotely Guided Content.
- Grow licensing and syndication business.
- Open up IP sales for streaming platforms.
- Discover new programmatic ad revenue opportunities.
- Drive outbound, open doors, run conversations, and close deals.
Qualifications
- Experience selling media products.
- Contacts within publishers, studios, agencies, or platforms.
- Ability to sell internationally and operate across time zones.
Requirements
- Comfortable closing mid to high-value global deals.
- Ability to discuss structure for compensation based on seniority, network, and deal-making track record.
Benefits
- Base salary: R500,000–R700,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Commission: 15–30% variable, tied to revenue closed.
- On-target earnings (OTE): R575,000–R900,000+ per year.
