Role Description
- Drive and exceed assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas
- Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers at AI, cloud, hyperscaler, and enterprise customers
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and account development
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales opportunities, technical challenges, and design-win milestones
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop customized solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Work with marketing and product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and executive-level communications
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, sales performance, and market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience working with cloud service providers, hyperscalers, enterprise, and data center customers
- Proven experience selling network switch-based products; server and storage infrastructure experience is a plus
- Established relationships and account-level contacts within target customer segments
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a startup or high-growth environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Positive, creative, and adaptable attitude with a passion for building something new
