Role Description

This role involves providing technical expertise to develop reports in CoStar.

• Implementation of report suite
• Developing customized reports for specific business needs
• Updating reports as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CoStar
• Create or setup new transaction types within the application

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills: Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, application setup
• IT knowledge: Experience in troubleshooting application issues
• Analytical skills: Ability to create and manage reports to track transactions
• Documentation skills: Experience in drafting SOPs for new processes and report management
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in transaction setup and reporting
