What You Will Do

• Craft personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences

• Communicate with clients through professional emails and digital platforms

• Coordinate directly with suppliers to arrange curated travel packages

• Book air, hotel, car rentals, and ground transportation using preferred vendor networks

• Perform hotel rate checks and secure competitive pricing

• Arrange concierge services and specialty requests

• Maintain accurate client travel documents, invoices, and records

• Support ticketing, itinerary processing, travel credits, and administrative tasks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
