Role Overview

Were expanding and looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our team as an Online Vacation Specialist. In this fully remote role, help clients turn travel ideas into unforgettable experiences from tropical beach getaways to bucket-list international adventures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences

• Design and coordinate customized vacation packages, including flights, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions

• Provide expert destination insights and personalized recommendations

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms

• Manage reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates

• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier partnerships

• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business

• Maintain organized and accurate booking records

Required Qualifications

• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using online tools and digital systems

• Must be 18+

• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
