The Getaway Planning Specialist supports clients by organizing short-term and leisure-focused vacation experiences through structured coordination and careful planning. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review options, organize planning details, and manage timelines so each getaway is clearly outlined and easy to follow. Your work will focus on organization, accuracy, and communication while guiding clients through the planning process.
- Coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Provide comprehensive training to ensure understanding of systems, planning procedures, and communication standards
- Receive ongoing professional guidance to help remain organized, consistent, and confident in responsibilities
- Enjoy managing details and contributing to smooth, well-organized getaway experiences
