Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, 503B compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and related regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of growing a company from $25M to $100M+ in revenue
- Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or diverse product lines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments despite company size
- Track record of leading with optimism, solution-orientation, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent ability to collaborate across departments, manage up to boards, and inspire teams
- Ability to match the intensity of a high-growth organization
