Responsibilities

• Plan and sell domestic and international vacation packages, including cruises and land experiences

• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat/referral business

• Prepare quotes, process bookings, and manage trip documentation

• Cross-sell enhancements to elevate each clients experience

• Stay informed on destination updates and industry trends

• Manage invoices and client communications professionally

Seeking

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confident sales ability and commercial awareness

• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and websites

• Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

• Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)

• Personal vacation experience is highly valued

• Previous industry experience or related degree is a plus — but not required
