Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international vacation experiences, including cruise and land-based packages

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

• Prepare proposals, process bookings, and oversee trip documentation

• Recommend enhancements and add-ons to elevate each clients overall experience

• Stay current with destination insights, supplier updates, and industry developments

• Manage billing, invoicing, and client communications with professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Sales-minded with confidence in presenting and recommending options

• Comfortable navigating multiple booking platforms and systems

• Skilled at relationship-building and negotiation

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Personal vacation planning experience is highly valued

• Previous industry experience or related education is beneficial but not required
