This role acts as the primary liaison for third-party title vendors, managing and overseeing FHA and VA post-sale title processing to ensure compliance and timely execution. Key duties include monitoring vendor performance via scorecards and compiling detailed reports on title operations and process efficiency.

The analyst will review, analyze, and process accounts in pre-foreclosure status, ensuring the Foreclosure process adheres to state and investor timelines by liaising between default areas and outside counsel. Key duties include ensuring compliance with regulatory directives, reviewing daily reports for guideline adherence, and leading special projects to manage timeline performance.
