Are you passionate about cruising and love helping others plan unforgettable adventures at sea? We're looking for a motivated, service-driven Cruise Vacation Consultant to join our growing travel team! In this role, you'll work directly with clients to design their dream cruise experiences from selecting the perfect itinerary to booking onboard activities and excursions. If you're enthusiastic about travel and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

  • Guide clients through cruise destinations, itineraries, and package options to create personalized vacation experiences.
  • Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations in line with vendor and company policies.
  • Provide detailed insights on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, and travel documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience from initial inquiry through post-cruise follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, communications, and confirmed bookings.
  • Stay current on cruise industry trends, promotions, and partner offers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and company success.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.
  • Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service (cruise experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking systems and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
