Our industry leading segmentation and AI-driven matching technologies help consumers find better solutions and brands faster. They allow brands to target and reach in-market customer prospects with pinpoint segment-by-segment accuracy, and to pay only for performance results.
Our campaign-results-driven matching decision engines and optimization algorithms are built from over 20 years and billions of dollars of online media experience.
We believe in:
- The direct measurability of digital media.
- Performance marketing. (We pioneered it.)
- The advantages of technology.
We bring all this together to deliver truly great results for consumers and brands in the world’s biggest channel.
Job Category
QuinStreet is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Manager, Publisher & Advertiser Partnerships to help lead the performance and expansion of our Banking & Wealth category. This high-impact role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and expanding financial-institution partnerships, and shaping marketplace strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize marketplace performance, and develop pricing, merchandising, and marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and partner success. This is a highly cross-functional position that requires strong analytical judgment, a deep understanding of financial products and performance marketing dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
If you are a strategic thinker with a performance mindset and a proven track record of driving growth in digital marketing, fintech, or marketplace-driven environments, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Category Leadership
- Support the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the Banking & Wealth category, including client acquisition, channel expansion, and performance optimization.
- Drive budget planning, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives through data-driven analysis and marketplace insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner ROI and expand client spend across savings, banking, and wealth products
- Develop and manage pricing frameworks and yield-optimization strategies to balance scale, margin performance, and partner objectives.
Client Partnership & Marketplace Management
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key banking, wealth, and fintech partners, building trusted relationships that support long-term growth.
- Lead day-to-day commercial discussions, contract renewals, and performance reviews in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and partner performance; apply insights to optimize funnel conversion, improve click-to-funded-account outcomes, and maximize marketplace yield.
- Ensure strong budget delivery through proactive pacing, issue resolution, and close coordination with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Collaborate closely with Media, Product, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Creative teams to launch and scale new initiatives, tests, and optimizations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide market-driven input into roadmap priorities and feature development.
- Drive marketplace merchandising strategies, user-journey enhancements, and content initiatives to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Build, maintain, and evolve reporting frameworks and dashboards that enable clear performance visibility and agile decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategic partnerships, client success, or vertical/category marketing, ideally within fintech, banking, wealth, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, managing large budgets, and supporting scaled marketplace or performance marketing programs.
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent client-facing and relationship-management skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and move initiatives forward in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, performance dashboards, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics)
