Job Description
• Draft, negotiate, and advise cross-functional teams on a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Provide thoughtful and practical product, business, and legal counseling on various legal risks
• Manage and resolve complicated legal and privacy issues related to commercial deals
• Advise on legal and commercial issues arising from the development and deployment of AI-enabled products
• Own the entire contracting cycle from initial draft to execution
Job Requirements
- J.D., with strong academic credentials and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 7+ years’ commercial or corporate experience in-house or at a law firm
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and diligent
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for technology-enabled or AI-driven products or services
- Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player
- Proven ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice
