Responsibilities: • Responsible for strategic direction and operation of CSL's global supply chain • Develops and executes a global logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of goods throughout the supply chain • Develops and implements policies, procedures and standards to maximize the efficiency, security, quality and cost effectiveness of the supply chain • Develops and implements customs and trade compliance strategy and framework including supply chain security • Manages key accounts and contracts of regional and global third party providers • Liaises with senior management to ensure supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business Qualifications: • Bachelor degree preferably in business; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred • 12+ years' experience including management in multi-location environments, supervising technical specialists /cGMPs and GDP • Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical best practices • 5+ years' experience in supply chain • 5+ years' experience in international business • Demonstrated success negotiating global commercial contracts Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
