- Guide clients through cruise options, destinations, and packages to create tailored vacation experiences.
- Assist with bookings, modifications, and cancellations while adhering to vendor and company policies.
- Provide detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, and travel requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to post-cruise follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotes, and confirmed bookings.
- Stay up to date with cruise industry trends, promotions, and partner offers.
- Collaborate with internal team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
