Role Description
Reporting to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer (CCMO), this role translates institutional priorities into integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales, membership growth, fundraising dollars, audience engagement, and long-term brand identity.
Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the Marketing Manager owns campaign planning, channel coordination, performance analytics, and marketing systems that enable sustainable growth. This role ensures that strategy becomes measurable results.
This position may be remote, with periodic travel to North Dakota for key milestones and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years in marketing with progressive responsibility, including brand management, campaign strategy, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout office and site environments.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to travel to/between Medora and national events, as needed.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends in support of organizational or media events.
- This is a full-time, exempt remote position.

- 20 days of paid time off and 10 days of holidays.
- Salary ranges between $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
