Job Description
• Review and complete job evaluation requests as assigned to ensure market competitiveness
• Assist with the annual merit and corporate bonus cycle in Oracle Workforce Compensation, including system testing and administration while the cycle is live
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance and creation of job codes in the Oracle Cloud system
• Conduct audits of compensation data in Oracle and partner with the HRIS and Team Member Services teams on updates as necessary
• Participate in the completion of annual compensation salary surveys
• Completion of monthly MarketPay data loads and data audits
• Maintain pricings within MarketPay as assigned and develop reporting
• Complete quarterly update testing in Oracle (Workforce structures and Workforce Compensation RPA)
• Assist in maintaining the Compensation SharePoint site and work on enhancements as needed
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation of Compensation processes and procedures
• Assist with ad hoc Compensation and Oracle related projects and other duties as assigned

• Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience (2+ preferred)
- CCP preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks and complete them within deadlines
- Ability to think analytically with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well with internal team members and partners
- Maintain a positive outlook and willingness to pivot quickly to other job duties that may arise
