Role Description

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full cycle recruitment for sales professionals across the United States. This role will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to attract top sales talent that drives growth across our contracted services portfolio. You will manage a national requisition load, build strong pipelines, and deliver a high quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a remote position supporting teams across the U.S., requiring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to influence in a complex, matrixed environment.

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for sales roles across multiple business lines, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high performing sales talent, including passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard to fill sales positions.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize ATS and CRM tools to manage requisitions, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

  • Proven success sourcing and hiring sales professionals in a competitive market.
  • Experience supporting a large, multi site, national, or global organization.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience recruiting within contracted services, hospitality, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures for sales roles (base + variable).
  • Experience supporting senior level or executive sales searches.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions.
